WHEN DO YOU KNOW WHAT APARTMENTS YOU WILL HAVE AVAILABLE?
We find out around the first of each month what we will have for the following month when we receive our 30-day lease termination notices. We do not use waiting lists.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR LEASES?
We sign a six month lease, and then it goes month-month at no extra charge. Therefore, when moving out, once your lease is up, a 30-day notice to terminate the lease is due on the first of the month
HOW DO YOU HOLD AN APARTMENT?
As soon as the apartment that you are interested in comes available, you pay the security deposit, fill out the application and sign the six month lease.
WHAT IS YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS?
We do an extensive criminal and credit background check.
DO YOU HAVE ANY BREED RESTRICTIONS ON PETS ALLOWED?
Dogs, cats and fish are welcome. No wild animals or half breed wild animals. We do limit the amount of pets to each apartment, so be sure to inquire on that before signing a lease.
WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
Typically, and for most apartments, we include Internet, and all utilities, except electric.
IS THE INTERNET WIRELESS?
The internet is not wireless, so we give you a modem, which you plug in to your computer with an ethernet cord. If you want wireless, you may use a secure router.

Downtowner Apartments located at 19 S. San Francisco St, Flagstaff, AZ.
Located in the heart of Downtown Flagstaff: Just a hop, skip, and jump to NAU campus, and more than 20 eating and drinking establishments along with the revitalized downtown Flagstaff shopping district. This property is registered in the National Registry of Historic Places. Built as a home and motel in the early 1900's, then adding a bordello back in those times, this complex even has a variety of fruit trees so you can pick your own pears and apples in season.

Canyon Trail Apartments at 1550 N. Fort Valley Rd., Flagstaff, AZ.
Nestled in the wooded hillside among the pines, Canyon Trail Apartments is only about two miles from downtown Flagstaff (and only six miles on the way to the Snowbowl Ski Resort Road!). Offering two styles of two bedroom apartments, each comes with its own balcony with great pine forest views. Townhome Styles have upstairs bedrooms (so you are your own upstairs neighbor), a gas fired ceramic log burning stove, a washer and dryer and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Internet and all utilities except electricity are included.
Two bedroom (approx. 800 sq. ft.): $1550-1600/month $1525-1675 deposit

Santa Fe West Apartments located at 404 W. Santa Fe, Flagstaff, AZ.
Located in Flagstaff's desirable west side neighborhood within view of the Flagstaff Library, City Hall, and Wheeler Park, these smaller one bedroom and studio apartments still have everything. Rent includes all utilities except electricity but our direct vent gas heaters (you don't pay for gas) and gas water heaters really crank out the heat. Of course internet is included. All apartments have oak floors, tile, and include microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, walk-in closets, and a laundry room is on-site.
Studio: $800/month $875 deposit

Kinlani Apartments located at 8 W. Aspen, Flagstaff, AZ.
There is no more central a location in the very heart of the newly rejuvenated downtown Flagstaff than Kinlani Apartments. These studios have everything you need and want in an apartment. All utilities including internet are included in the rent. Still only about eight blocks from NAU campus. All studios include a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove, have oak and tile floors, mini-blinds, a full bathroom with a changing room, and extra storage space. Sorry, the original dumbwaiters built for each room in this historic building were removed a long time ago.
Studios rent at $700-1100 /month with deposits of $775-1175.

These townhome-style apartments (bedrooms upstairs) come with washer and dryer, one and 1/2 bathrooms, oak floors, appliances including refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers and garbage disposals. Internet and all bills except electricity are paid and since they all have gas furnaces and water heaters staying warm and clean is on us. The apartments have great views of the San Francisco Peaks (just the tallest mountains in Arizona) and/or Mt. Elden and each has a small fenced patio.
All two bedroom apartments (approx. 1000 sq. ft.) are $1700/month with a $1775 deposit.

Hillside Court Apartments, located at 550 S. Blackbird Roost, Flagstaff, AZ.
This 20 unit complex is just three blocks from NAU. These townhome-style apartments have their two bedrooms and full bath upstairs, and living room, kitchen, and half bath downstairs. The units that have a washer and dryer in their laundry room are 875 square feet and the others are 810 square feet. These units have oak floors and tile. Room heating is by economical natural gas furnace, and we pay for gas, water, sewer, trash, and internet.
2-bedroom: $1600 month/$1675 deposit

Yes, this actually was a church before being changed to these huge apartments with all the conveniences. And we kept the steeple. These two and three bedroom apartments in this eight unit complex are in the great west side historic residential area of Flagstaff, still in walking distance to everything! Internet and all utilities are included in the rent. Floorplans vary greatly but all units are BIG (most over 1000 square feet). All of the normal LIPS amenities are included with dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, ranges, oak floors, tile, mini-blinds, and a couple units have washer/dryer.

This is the oldest apartment residence building in Flagstaff. Originally built as a merchant's home in 1882, it was expanded with a dance hall and had seen subsequent use as a brothel. Now it has been remodeled to have all the latest comforts and conveniences. Each apartment has a picket fenced yard and is only a few blocks away from the NAU campus and downtown.

Built in 1892 by Judge Hicks, this is Flagstaff's first Rooming House.
